Consumer Rights (UK)
Consumers have a right to expect that the products they buy and the services they receive are of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose for which they were sold and function as described. The UK consumer laws consist of a variety of legislation designed to benefit consumers, including advertising, data protection, e-commerce, product liability and safety, and consumer disputes. This course covers consumers’ rights and businesses’ obligations under the UK consumer laws and how your organisation can comply with those laws.
