This is what Seth Godin has to say about the internet: use whats already there. Leverage off what others have built, especially in this economic climate, and get the coin rolling in. Time is of the essence!

Litmos is exactly the kind of ‘tool’ he’s talking about. All you need to do is take that specialized knowledge that’s in your head, on powerpoint slides or video and get it up online to start monetizing your Intellectual Property (IP).

That’s your job as a online trainer, to connect the information to those in search of it, no matter what their geographic location.

I included this quote just because I find the idea is kind of a circular in that a trainer could demonstrate, using an online course, ways in which a company can save money, one of which is by utilizing online training!
