Mental Health at Work (UK)
You may well be aware of colleagues who have experienced mental health problems which affect them in the workplace; however, you may be surprised to learn just how common this is. Right now, 1 in 6 of us is dealing with a mental health problem like anxiety, depression or stress. That comes at a cost to the UK economy of up to £99 billion, caused by reduced productivity and increased sickness absence and staff turnover, so mental health problems impact on everyone. This course will help to explain how mental health can affect the working environment.
