Neurodiversity – Being an Inclusivity Ally for Autistic Colleagues

Allies make the world – and the workplace – a better place to be. They foster an open, inclusive environment which becomes a healthy, thriving place to be. The thing is, you can’t be an ally until you have a baseline understanding of autism. We’ll look at understanding autism, how to educate yourself more, how to communicate effectively, and the best language to use. By the end of this course, you won’t know everything about autism. But you’ll know how to be a great ally to autistic individuals.
