Risk management helps organizations to reach their goals, protect value and avoid losses. It’s the process of identifying, assessing and treating threats to an organization’s operation or earnings. This short course outlines the risk management principles, framework and process. It covers the fundamental elements of organizational risk management.
This course can be taken as a simple overview or with the other courses in the Risk Management series, which cover the risk management process in more detail. The series is designed for employees new to risk management or who manage risk within their role.
