As I was looking into a SCORM issue for a customer, I found this article from Articulate. I noticed that we use the similar steps when troubleshooting an issue with a SCORM file.  However, the author of this article did a great job in explaining the whats and whys.

If you use SCORM, I would recommend checking this article out.  It’ll give you a better handle on what SCORM is.  And although, our support team is always happy to help, sometimes helping yourself can be the fastest, easiest and most rewarding solution.
