Using Social Media to Represent Your Organisation
Sometimes, employees handle corporate social media accounts or speak on behalf of the organization online, either using an official corporate account or their own personal account. Regardless of the account used, employees must act carefully and responsibly to protect the organization’s reputation, social network and partnerships.
This course will help employees understand their responsibility when it comes to speaking on behalf of their organization on social media. It will address some dos and don’ts and identify the importance of following their organization’s policies and procedures.
